Important dates:

• December 1, 2024 opening of registrations
• March 6, 2025 deadline for early bird registrations
• April 4, 2025 deadline for registrations

 Registration fees:

Registration fees include lunches, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and gala dinner.

People registered to SAMO can attend  the satellite event (RT-UQ PhD-day) with no additional cost.

The following methods of payment will be accepted:

• payment by credit card (secured)
• payment by "bon de commande"
• internal Inria payment (only for members of Inria project teams)
